Dr Jeremy Norris

Dr Jeremy Norris
Dr Jeremy Norris graduated from Sydney University in 1976 and began practising dentistry in Sydney. For 17 years, he was the honouree dentist for Taronga Zoo, providing him with some unusual experiences. In 1995, he and his family relocated to the beautiful Noosa. With over 35 years of experience, Dr Norris is well-qualified to advise you on all aspects of your oral health.
With a keen thirst for all things modern, Dr Norris is always looking for new technology and methods to provide his patients with the highest possible standard of diagnosis and treatment.
Dr Norris has continued his education in dentistry throughout his career, including a two-year orthodontic academic and clinical program. He is committed to continuing to learn about advances in all areas of dentistry, especially in areas like orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and practice management.
When not attending to his patients, you can find this ever-energetic dentist trying to catch a wave, running through the national park, cycling or enjoying a coffee along the river.
Dr Scott Heather

Dr Scott Heather
Dr Scott Heather graduated from University of Queensland in 1988. After practicing in Mt Isa for 15 years Dr Heather relocated to the beautiful Sunshine Coast in 2004.
In his early years of dental career, Dr Heather realised that anxiety was very common in dental patients. Wanting to provide the best possible outcome in the most gentle and effective way led Dr Heather to go on to further study two post-graduate diplomas at the University of Sydney. The first in Conscious Sedation and Pain Management and later in Oral Implants.
Dr Heather is very committed to continued professional development and spends considerable hours each year attending courses, seminars and lectures to help stay up to date with the current techniques and materials in dentistry.
Dr Heather has special interests in IV sedation, pain management, dental implants, orthodontics including Invisalign and full mouth rehabilitation.
On his weekends you can find Dr Heather spending time with his wife and kids, practising karate or enjoying a beer and a game of rugby union.
Hygienist
Theresa Walton

Theresa Walton
Theresa joined the team at Bupa Dental Noosa after working in Brisbane for a lifestyle change.
Theresa's experience as a Dental Hygienist covers over 25yrs with in government and private sectors. Early on in her career she spent 7 years in the Royal Australian Air Force.
Having a vast experience as a dental hygienist she is a true believer in always placing the patient first. Spending quality time getting to know her patients and always giving a high standard of care every time. Help devise an individual preventive care plan to keep her patients teeth and gums healthy for life. As no mouth is the same. Theresa has a great philosophy "A healthy smile creates smiles ".
Coastal living is the ideal place for Theresa as she loves to explore new roads to go motorcycle riding with her husband. Expand on her painting skills with acrylics, enjoy outdoor activities at the beach, surfing and paddle boarding.Or just relaxing and enjoying coastal life with a good book.

Leigh Chapman

Leigh Chapman
Leigh Chapman joins the team at Bupa Dental Noosa after moving to the sunshine coast to be closer to family. She brings with her over 36 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors. Leigh is an Oral Health Therapist with Adult Scope of practice and also holds a degree in Health Science, so as well as hygiene and preventative services Leigh also provides a wide range of restorative services.
Leigh really loves working with children. Being a mother of two and grandmother of six, her vast experience and relaxed friendly manner will put even the most nervous of little ones at ease.
Leigh has a keen interest in keeping up with all things new in the world of dentistry and attends many courses and seminars in her free time.
On the weekends you can find Leigh swinging a club on the golf course or relaxing and spending time with her family.
Ruby Edmonds

Ruby Edmonds
Ruby made the big move from Adelaide to join the team at Bupa Dental Noosa. She graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health from the University of Adelaide. Currently, she is working as an oral health therapist at Bupa Dental Noosa, with an aim to provide optimal dental hygiene and children’s dentistry services to her patients.
Ruby is a big believer in jumping in headfirst and enjoys a challenge. She has previously volunteered her time in Cambodia, providing dental services to underprivileged children, and has also flown remotely with the Royal flying Doctors service, delivering oral health care to remote patients.
Ruby is a gentle and friendly practitioner who aims to ensure patient comfort, especially for people with anxiety and young children. She is also active in expanding her knowledge and is always involved in continual professional development.
In her free time, you can find Ruby learning golf, playing netball or enjoying the beautiful waters of Noosa on her stand-up paddle board.
