On your first visit with us, we’ll ask you to complete a medical and dental history form. The form helps us understand any existing medical conditions, earlier dental work or medications you may be taking. This enables us to carefully tailor your treatment plan according to your needs and improve your treatment outcome.
We’ll take the time to speak with you in detail about any concerns or questions you may have regarding your teeth, jaw or gums. After that, we’ll perform a comprehensive review (which may include some x-rays) to help us understand your oral health.
When this is complete, we’ll put together a

Dr Andrew Molloy

Dr Andrew Molloy
In 1983 Dr Andrew Molloy graduated from the University of Queensland. That same year, he started Rochedale Dental Group. Andrew takes a conservative approach to all dental treatments and places a strong emphasis on preventative dental care.
A firm believer in continuing education and professional development, Andrew has undertaken extensive training in orthodontics, implant dentistry, crown and bridgework and cosmetic dentistry.
Andrew is dedicated to addressing your dental concerns and helping maintain your teeth for life.
Dr Roslyn Dick

Dr Roslyn Dick
Dr Roslyn Dick graduated over 35 years ago and is passionate about making sure her patients have a positive, individually-tailored dental experience. She is committed to keeping her knowledge, skills and dentistry up-to-date and regularly attends courses, conferences and dental meetings locally, interstate and overseas. Previously serving as president of the Vardiman Dental Study Association, Roslyn is currently a member of many dental associations, including the Australian Dental Association and the International Team for Implant Dentistry.
Whether you need preventive options or comprehensive rehabilitation of your teeth and mouth, Dr Roslyn is able to find the treatment you require in the best timeframe for you. She has trained with the prestigious Las Vegas Institute with physiologic and neuromuscular approaches to cosmetic and comprehensive dentistry. In recent years, she has developed a strong interest and extensive training in dental sleep medicine, early intervention orthodontics and treatment of TMJD. She is experienced in a wide range of dental fields, including restorative dentistry, orthodontics, implants and more.
In her spare time, Dr Roslyn enjoys live music, keeping fit, travel and family time. She’s often seen at concerts and shows with her husband. They regularly attend their church and enjoy socialising with friends. They have four adult children and three grandchildren.
Dr Greg Thomas

Dr Greg Thomas
Dr Greg Thomas' initial career interests were in medical research. He completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in biochemistry followed by a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in the field of medical neuroscience.
Once he completed his doctorate, Greg returned to the University of Queensland to focus on building a career in dentistry. Greg has moulded his craft and combined oral health with total body wellbeing. He is passionate about preventive long-term health with interests in minimal invasive dentistry, family dental health, sleep disorders, facial/dental development and jaw problems (TMJD). He regularly helps his patients achieve straighter smiles via cosmetic braces and Invisalign.
Away from the practice, Greg lives with his wonderful wife, Sara, and their two boys. He enjoys being in the outdoors (camping, bushwalking and the beach), playing soccer and practicing Taekwon-Do with his boys.
Dr Nathan Barnes
Dr Nathan Barnes
Dr Barnes completed his degree at University of Queensland. His particular interests include Invisalign, whitening, crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant-retained restorations.
"Nothing is more professionally satisfying than seeing a patient's eyes light up when they see their new smile for the first time", says Dr Barnes. Prior to working at Bupa Dental Rochedale, Dr Barnes spent a few years working for rural dental practices in Miles and Dalby.
As a member of the Australian Dental Association, and a member of the International Team for Implantology, Dr Barnes is a perfect choice as your dental Practitioner. He is dynamic, incredibly astute and has huge attention to detail. He will make sure that the treatment you receive is first rate and you are thrilled with the results.
Dr Tony Hsu
Dr Tony Hsu
Dr Tony Hsu started his career as a dentist after earning his degree (with honours!) from Griffith University. But even before he was caring for teeth, Dr Hsu was working to protect people’s health – he previously acted as a pharmacist and worked to develop medications for unmet medical needs.
Dr Hsu is a member of the Australian Dental Association and, as a student, was invited to the Golden Key honour society. He enjoys helping his patients restore their smiles through teeth replacement, or even just seeing their oral health improve by when they use the hygiene techniques they’ve learned from our team.
His biggest focus is making sure people understand the importance of their oral health, emphasising that prevention is often the best treatment. “We need to maintain our oral health,” he says. “Like maintaining a car, it requires servicing to help pick up issues early and even prevent the development of bigger problems.”
When Dr Hsu isn’t working in the clinic, he enjoys travelling and exploring new places, as well as basketball, fishing and being with his family and friends.
Dr Sonia Sunil

Dr Sonia Sunil
Dr Sonia Sunil grew up in Singapore and attended college and completed dental school in 2016. She moved to Melbourne with her family and converted her registration to practice dentistry in Australia. Queensland is very much home to her now.
Dr Sunil’s mission is to provide comprehensive dental services to all patients in an environment that is safe, reassuringly pleasant and comfortable. She had the inspiration to enter the field of dentistry as a teen, when she realized how much her classmates and even some of the adults she knew feared going to the dentist. She wants to make the experience more patient-friendly and comfortable and she decided that the best way to do it was to become a dentist herself.
Dr Sunil is a member of the Australian Dental Association and continuously seeks out training and professional development opportunities that allow her to remain aware and knowledgeable about new dental practices and the latest technology being considered or used. Her special interests lie in cosmetic dentistry like veneers, crowns and bridges.
In her free time, Dr Sunil likes keeping active with yoga, scuba diving and long hikes. She enjoys travelling and going on little adventures with her partner.
