Meet our staff For someone in his field, Dr Sarang Sathe had an unlikely start to his career. As a child, he was terrified of the dentist. But over the years, he realised that there was nothing to fear, and developed a keen interest in changing the daunting perception of the field.

A Hindi, Marathi, and English speaker, Sarang truly cares about providing the best possible care for patients from all walks of life. No matter a patient's previous experience with dentists or their oral health knowledge, he understands how important it is to listen to their concerns. Always aiming to provide the best possible care, nothing gives him more joy than seeing a patient leaving with pride in their smile.

When he’s not helping people protect their most important asset (their smile), you may find him taking photos, or soaking up history on one of his twice-yearly trips around the world.
As a young child, Dr Ankit Goyal was captivated by the way his childhood dentist was able to ease his dad’s pain and fix his aunt’s teeth with such ease. Now a dentist himself, he’s always working his hardest to go the extra mile for his patients.

A Hindi, Punjabi, and English speaker, Ankit treats his patients – not just their teeth. He feels strongly about keeping dentistry jargon to a minimum, so that conversations flow naturally and are easy to understand. Ankit makes a point to never judge but always listen, and is keenly aware that many people don’t love visiting the dentist.

When he's not working on crowns, Invisalign, or implants, Ankit keeps his motor skills sharp with games of tennis and badminton. He also loves to feed his inner foodie by travelling locally and internationally as much as he can.

Michelle is married with two young children, and in her spare time she enjoys painting and getting outdoors for bush walks with her family.
Mrs Valerie Perrotta is a compassionate and experienced Oral Health Therapist with 6 years of experience. She is passionate about paediatric dentistry and creating a positive dental experience for all patients, aiming to eliminate dental phobia.

Valerie has worked in rural NSW, providing oral health education and care to indigenous communities, and is motivated to provide quality care to all patients. Her own childhood dental trauma inspired her to help others have a positive experience.

Valerie is calming, caring, and communicative, taking the time to explain treatments and answer questions. She is gentle, patient, and great with anxious patients and children.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, reading, and playing the violin and viola. Valerie prides herself on creating a comfortable and positive environment for all patients, making dental care a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
