Earlier in her career, Dr Lee worked in the Oral Health Unit at Redcliffe Hospital and volunteered at community dental events serving refugee and homeless populations. These experiences cultivated a care philosophy centred on accessibility, thoroughness, and treating every patient as an individual.
Dr Lee has a detail-focused and conservative approach to treatment. She finds great satisfaction in restoring oral function and aesthetics while working within each patient’s unique clinical picture, and favours solutions that are honest, considered, and oriented toward long-term wellbeing.
She believes good dental care begins with listening. Dr Lee takes time to understand each patient’s concerns, explains findings and options clearly, and ensures patients feel informed and comfortable with decisions about their oral health.
One of the most rewarding parts of Oliver’s role is seeing the positive difference that dentistry can create, not only on a patient’s oral health, but their entire demeanour. One of his favourite procedures is working with CEREC machines to make same-day dental crowns. He loves the combination of technology and craft that goes into helping create the perfect smile for every patient.
Outside of work, you’ll probably find Oliver trying to improve his swing on the golf course and tennis court.
Driven by a desire to work in healthcare and her enjoyment of hands-on work and patient interaction, Dr. Ramnanan found dentistry to be the perfect fit. Her favourite part of the profession is building unique relationships with each patient and providing hands-on care.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Ramnanan stays active with weekly badminton games, bowling, and walks with her golden retriever. She also enjoys exploring new eateries in Brisbane.

Dr Al Azawi communicates in a calm, clear and supportive way. She explains each treatment option step by step so patients feel prepared and understand what to expect. Her treatment planning includes preventive strategies designed to protect long term oral health.
Alongside oral surgery, Dr Al Azawi provides restorative and routine dental care for patients of all ages. She adjusts her communication style to suit each person’s needs and works with patients to choose treatment plans that are safe, practical and easy to follow.
