Meet our staff Dr Andrew Boorer has been caring for patients in the Petrie community for over 20 years. Following in his father's footsteps, Dr Boorer is committed not only to his patients' dental needs but also their overall health and wellbeing. Staying up-to-date with the latest treatments and procedures is important to Andrew. He consistently invests his time participating in additional courses and programs.

As a Las Vegas Institute (LVI) graduate, Andrew has excellent insight and skills in advanced dental techniques and concepts. LVI training has enabled him to look at a patient’s complete health situation to try and find the underlying cause of the problem.

Dr Boorer and his wife, Karen, are kept busy with their three sons, Flynn, Ned and Archer. When not at work, he loves spending time with family and friends. He usually spends weekends watching the boys play various sports and squeezing in his many recreational pursuits, which include triathlons and trail running. During the football season, if you hear someone shouting out “Go the Bombers” you can safely bet it will be him!
Dr William Ong is an associate dentist with 13 years of experience across private clinics and public organisations. Dr Ong’s primary goal is helping people feel less anxious about dental visits and more confident coming in for care.

Dr Ong takes time to listen first. He asks questions and explains treatment in simple steps so patients know what is happening and why. Patients often describe him as caring and empathetic. He pays close attention to patient comfort during treatment and to the conversations before and after, especially for people who feel nervous or have had difficult past experiences.

A key part of Dr Ong’s approach is access. He has a strong interest in improving dental care for people in regional areas and for communities that have fewer options. His experience in both public and private settings has shaped a practical view of what makes care easier to access, while keeping quality and consistency high.

Dr Ong enjoys meeting new people and hearing their stories. For him, dentistry is not only about teeth. It is also about building trust, supporting good decisions, and helping patients feel genuinely cared for throughout their visit.

Dr June Su Park is an associate dentist with 15 years of clinical experience. He has a strong interest in restorative dentistry and focuses on delivering reliable, well-planned treatment that supports long term oral health.

Dr Park brings a structured and detail-oriented approach to patient care. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and has experience supervising final year dental students, which has strengthened his ability to communicate clearly and approach care in a methodical way. These skills support consistent treatment planning and clear explanations for patients.
Dr Park was drawn to dentistry through a desire to help patients overcome fear and feel more comfortable during dental visits. He places a strong emphasis on creating a calm environment and takes time to explain procedures and treatment options, so patients feel informed about their upcoming treatments.

He values predictable outcomes and focuses on delivering care that patients can trust in. Dr Park understands the importance of building confidence through clear communication and steady care.
Dr Seungyeon (Jenny) Moon is an Associate Dentist with two years of clinical experience, bringing a thoughtful and patient-centred approach to general dentistry. Her background includes community volunteering from a young age, as well as retail experience that developed her communication skills and focus on creating positive experiences for everyone in her care.

Dr Moon’s clinical interests span all areas of general dentistry, with a focus on orthodontics and extractions. She appreciates the problem-solving dimension of dentistry and approaches each case as a unique challenge, taking time to assess, plan and tailor treatment to the best possible outcome.

A strength Dr Moon brings to her practice is her approach to anxious patients. She creates a calm and supportive environment, works at each patient’s pace and checks in regularly throughout appointments to make sure patients feel comfortable, informed and in control. She sees dentistry as a partnership, working collaboratively with patients over time to improve and maintain their oral health.

Dr Moon finds it especially rewarding when patients leave feeling more confident and proud of the progress they have made. She is committed to delivering attentive, personalised care
