Meet our staff Dr. Gordon Rupert McLean started his dental career after graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Adelaide University in 1984. He has since furthered his studies by graduating from the First Australian Advance Class in 2007 and a Master Clinician in Implant Dentistry in 2012. Dr. McLean has a keen interest in implants, orthodontics and cosmetic procedures. Dr. McLean decided to work in dentistry as he has been interested in the medical profession and helping others from a young age. He values the variety of dentistry and the challenges it can bring. He is also a Member of the Australian Dental Association, Member of the Seattle Study Club, Member of the Australasian Osseointegration Society, Member of the Australian Association for Laser Dentistry, Fellow Pierre Fauchard Academy, Member of the Australasian Academy for Dental-Facial Aesthetics.



Dr. McLean is relaxed, gentle and caring with his patients. He has a keen passion for dentistry and has plenty of knowledge within the industry.



When not at work, Dr. McLean enjoys getting outdoors, relaxing and enjoying the fresh air in his green, leafy suburb. He also spends time travelling with his wife, relaxing with a good book, gardening, ballroom dancing and spending time with his two dogs and four cats.
Dr Nardine Shamaa is a Dentist with a special interest in restorative dentistry and clear aligners. She has broadened her clinical experience through a mission trip to Fiji and placements in rural Australia, including in Mackay and Alice Springs, giving her exposure to a wide range of patients and treatment needs.

Dr Shamaa was drawn to dentistry by its combination of clinical medicine and artistic skill. What she finds most rewarding is helping to ease patients' anxiety and change the way they view visiting the dentist.

Dr Shamaa is caring and gentle and is known for being great with anxious patients. She is also a clear communicator who takes time to listen to patients' concerns, including those who feel they have been overlooked in the past, and educates them without judgement.

Dr Shamaa enjoys cosmetic transformations for patients who have been unhappy with their teeth for a long time and never thought anything could be done about it. Misaligned teeth involve more than aesthetics; function and strength matter too, and she enjoys the moment patients realise change is possible and feel encouraged to make it.
Dr. Micheal Hansup Kim started his dental career after graduating from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and a Bachelor of Science in Dentistry in 2017. He has a keen interest in preventative and restorative care. Dr. Kim always enjoyed going to the dentist as a child and wanted to help people overcome the fearful perception of dentist appointments by helping patients feel as comfortable as possible.



Dr. Kim is passionate about his work and aims to help patients with their dental needs. Dr. Kim also likes to get to know his patients and understand their oral health needs. Outside the clinic, Dr. Kim enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
Dr. Irene Youngjoo Kim started her dental career after graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide in 2016. She is a member of the Australian Dental Association and has a keen interest in helping patients’ dental needs through cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Kim chose to work in dentistry as she finds helping people very rewarding.



Dr. Kim is gentle, caring and her gentle nature helps patients to relax. In her free time, Dr. Kim enjoys catching up with friends, spending quality time with her cat (Leo) and keeping in shape through the gym.
Dr Beji Daniel's clinical interests include fixed prosthodontics such as crowns, bridges and veneers, including cosmetic dentistry, along with implant dentistry, both surgical and restorative, and orthodontics.

He graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Alongside his dental degree, Dr Beji Daniel completed an additional honours degree in paediatric head and neck cancer and published a paper on the topic as lead author. He continues to build his skills through postgraduate diplomas in oral implants and orthodontics and has completed a mini prosthodontics residency under Dr Tony Rotondo to further develop his prosthodontic treatment skills. He also practises in a rural setting, giving him exposure to a wide range of dental cases.

What Dr Beji Daniel enjoys most about dentistry is seeing results within the same appointment, such as a patient coming in with a broken tooth and going home with it restored.

Detail-oriented, gentle and informative, Dr Beji Daniel likes using intraoral scanning to show patients their specific dental concerns on screen, helping them understand their treatment and feel involved in their own care.
Lauren's clinical interests include preventive dental care and teeth whitening, and she enjoys helping patients feel confident about their oral health. She enjoys working with elderly patients, building meaningful relationships and welcoming new patients with a comfortable, positive and reassuring experience.

Volunteering in Vietnam, Lauren provided dental care to people of all ages, an experience that grew into a strong interest in aged care and supporting the oral health of older patients. She values ongoing education and building lasting relationships with her patients.

Lauren was drawn to dentistry by the chance to build caring relationships with patients and make a positive difference to their oral health. She enjoys keeping up with advances in dental technology and working alongside colleagues who share her commitment to patient care and disease prevention.

What Lauren loves most about her work is building genuine relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable and cared for. She enjoys educating patients about prevention and seeing their oral health improve, working alongside a supportive team.

A good listener and educator, Lauren is calming and caring with every patient, and especially skilled at helping anxious or nervous patients feel comfortable. Patients choose to see Lauren for her genuine care and the confidence she brings to every appointment. She is proud to have watched many patients grow from children into adults, building lasting relationships based on trust and comfortable, quality care.
Miss Carlie Squiers finds teeth to be fascinating, they play an important role in overall health and wellbeing which, she enjoys educating people about. Miss Squiers loves chatting to patients and strives to help them with their dental needs.



Miss Squiers is gentle, calming and strives to give patients a great experience by listening to their concerns, offering sources of distraction (TV or music) and tailoring treatment to their dental needs. In her free time, Miss Squires enjoys getting outside and into the sun, you may find her taking long walks, surfing, exploring local spots or kicking back with a good book. She lives locally and loves to travel from South of the Fleurieu Peninsula and explore around.



Miss Squiers started her dental career in 2016 as a Dental Assistant with a Certificate 2 in Dental Assisting and graduated in 2021 as a qualified Dental Hygienist with an Advanced Diploma of Oral Hygiene. She is also a member of the Dental Hygienists Association of Australia.
Mrs Chloe Webb has worked closely with treatment of orthodontic braces for many years. Mrs Webb’s brother completed his Bachelor of Oral Health prior to herself, her interest in a career in dentistry stemmed from hearing him share his passion about his profession and it quickly became Mrs Webb’s too. Mrs Webb enjoys creating relationships with her patients and assisting with their oral health.

Mrs Webb is a calming and caring oral health therapist who understands that the dental environment can be a daunting place for many people. She loves to engage with her patients and build great rapport. Mrs Webb believes it is important to explain what she is doing and why, with age-appropriate terminology. When not tending to patients, Mrs Webb enjoys spending quality time with her family, photography and creating memories. She lives locally and enjoys beach walks and the playgrounds.

Mrs Webb started her dental career in 2007 and completed her Bachelor of Oral Health in 2014 from Adelaide University, she additionally has a Certificate 3 in Dental Assisting, Certificate 4 in Dental Assisting, Dental Radiation License EPA, including OPG. Mrs Webb is also a member of the Dental Hygiene Association of Australia and the Australian Dental Association.
Danielle Hammond’s 22 years of experience in dentistry have given her a wealth of dental industry experience. She worked as a Dental Assistant and Practice Manager for many years before deciding to become an Oral Health Therapist, and absolutely loves working with people’s smiles. She’s experienced in a range of procedures, and particularly enjoys periodontics and teeth whitening.

With her gentle and kind-hearted nature, Danielle is fantastic with children and anxious patients of all ages. She wants to make each dental experience as friendly and calming as possible, and works hard to help each patient feel comfortable in her care. Danielle loves getting to know each patient, and makes plenty of time to chat about things other than teeth.

When she’s not helping patients, Danielle enjoys spending plenty of time with family and friends, going walking and running, and travelling to new places. She also has a love of shopping, and takes pride in her collection of handbags and shoes.
Joana's clinical interests include paediatric care and preventive dentistry. She enjoys working with children and helping them have a positive first dental experience, believing this can build a lifelong positive attitude toward dental care. She also values educating patients about prevention, helping them feel confident caring for their own oral health.

Joana has broadened her clinical skills through volunteer work and finds it rewarding to help patients understand and improve their oral health.

What Joana loves most about her work is the chance to make a real difference through education and prevention. She enjoys building relationships with patients and seeing their confidence and oral health improve.

Joana takes time to understand her patients' concerns and she creates a calm, gentle environment, particularly for anxious patients and children, and explains things clearly so patients feel informed and supported.

Joana is committed to building genuine relationships and providing care tailored to each patient. She focuses on prevention and education while creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient. She especially enjoys working with children, helping them build healthy habits and a positive relationship with dental care from a young age.
