She takes pride in her communication style and her ability to actively listen to patients’ concerns. She most enjoys providing paediatric and geriatric dentistry.
When not tending to patients, Dr Dsilva enjoys hiking, exploring new places and dining with friends. As a Brighton local, she loves living so close to the beach.
Dr. Norouzi strives to treat patients with compassion, gentleness and respect. She understands that some patients have concerns about visiting the dentist and aims to spend extra time talking to patients about their concerns and dental treatment options. Dr. Norouzi believes that educating patients about their dental health is important. When not tending to patients, Dr. Norouzi is spending time with her kids, relaxing with a good book or in the outdoors jogging and swimming.
Nonu understands how nervous people can feel towards dental treatments. With her gentle, patient manner, she creates a relaxed and comfortable setting in her appointments, and takes plenty of time to explain treatments and answer questions. Nonu gets excited about educating her patients on how to best look after their teeth, and loves to see people leaving their appointments with new knowledge and a newfound inspiration to protect their smiles.
When she’s not at work, Nonu’s adventurous spirit drives her to travel, so she can see exciting new destinations, meet plenty of new people, and try lots of delicious food.
Ara loves the art and creativity that modern dentistry allows her to express when creating unique smile designs for patients. Her special interests include esthetic and restorative dentistry, with a focus on crowns, bridges and implants. Ara knows it can take a lot of courage for patients to go to the dentist, so she takes a gentle and attentive approach, treating each patient with empathy and dignity.
In her own time, Ara can be found spending time with Gus (her German Shepherd) and Husky (her rescue cat). She’s a Brighton local, and loves the local cafe culture and taking herself to the beach.
Growing up in a healthcare-oriented family and driven by her love for science, Dr. Mathur developed strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of patient care. She enjoys helping patients overcome dental phobia and guiding them to a positive relationship with their oral health.
Known for being a good listener, calming, good-humoured, informative, kind-hearted, and upfront, Dr. Mathur customizes treatment plans to involve patients actively. She creates a comfortable and peaceful environment, ensuring patients feel heard and valued.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Mathur enjoys socializing with friends and family through cooking, watching movies, walking, and cheering for Collingwood in the AFL. She exercises regularly, including Pilates, yoga, HIIT classes, boxing, and training for a half marathon.
Living in a diverse community with a thriving food scene and outdoor activities, Dr. Mathur is committed to providing personalized care and equal access to healthcare, continuously improving her skills through ongoing education.
