Meet our staff Dr Bryan Ong is a dentist with eight years of experience and a focus on implant dentistry, cosmetic procedures and advanced full mouth rehabilitation. He graduated from the University of Queensland with Honours in 2018 and has since built a concentrated career in implantology and restorative care.

Dr Ong holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Implantology and has been awarded Fellowship of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He has placed and restored over 600 dental implants, with a focus on full-arch rehabilitation and immediate-loading protocols. His advanced training includes an international residency where he studied with the clinicians who pioneered full-arch implant techniques, as well as mentorship from leading prosthodontists in Australia and internationally.

Dr Ong began his career in regional Queensland before spending time in leading cosmetic and implant-focused practices on the Sunshine Coast and in Brisbane, where he was mentored in complex aesthetic dentistry. He has since returned to regional Queensland as Principal Dentist, where he also mentors the next generation of clinicians.

Guided by the belief that perfection is many little things done right, Dr Ong brings careful attention to detail and a commitment to results that are aesthetic, functional and built to last. He welcomes patients seeking subtle cosmetic improvements and those requiring comprehensive full-mouth reconstruction.
Dr Preethi Thennarasu is an associate dentist with two years of clinical experience across public and private dental settings. She is currently completing a postgraduate Honours degree. Her clinical interests include oral health education and promotion, preventive and restorative dentistry and extractions.

Dr Thennarasu’s work volunteering with Rosie’s Friends on the Street, combined with her participation in the Early Career Dental Practitioner Program, has shaped a compassionate and community-focused approach to care. Working across rural and regional areas has deepened her awareness of oral health inequalities and strengthened her commitment to accessible, equitable dental care.

She is known for her calm and supportive manner, particularly with patients who feel anxious about treatment. She explains procedures clearly, checks in regularly throughout appointments and moves at a pace that suits each patient. Her goal is for every person to feel heard, informed and comfortable in the chair.

Dr Thennarasu takes pride in building genuine trust with her patients and supporting them in achieving and maintaining good oral health over time. She is committed to providing kind, evidence-based care in a positive and supportive environment.
Dr Marvin Golbarani is an associate dentist with three years of experience and a focus on paediatric and endodontic care.

Before commencing his dental degree, Dr Golbarani spent a gap year in hands-on practical work, including carpentry, house painting and gardening. These experiences considerably sharpened his fine motor skills and gave him a strong foundation for the precision required in clinical work.

Dr Golbarani particularly enjoys working with children and brings a warm, good-humoured approach to every paediatric appointment. He understands that a trip to the dentist is not always the most comfortable experience and works to help patients of all ages feel relaxed and well-informed from the moment they arrive.

What he enjoys most is getting to know his patients on a personal level and hearing how life has unfolded between visits. Dr Golbarani looks forward to building long-term relationships with his patients and is committed to providing high-quality care that supports their oral health for years to come.
Dr Sweta Dahal is an associate dentist with nine years of clinical experience, shaped by working across a diverse range of settings and communities throughout her career. That breadth of experience has developed her adaptability and a genuine understanding of the varied needs patients bring to the chair.

Dr Dahal’s clinical interests include oral surgery, implant dentistry, and clear aligner therapy. She approaches each of these areas with a focus on helping patients feel confident and well-informed throughout their treatment.

What Dr Dahal values most about dentistry is the human connection it fosters. Every patient brings a unique story, and she invests time in building trust and comfort through genuine, open conversation. She uses clear, accessible explanations to help patients understand what is happening and feel in control of their care.

Dr Dahal describes her style as easygoing but thorough. She believes dental care should feel collaborative and transparent, and aims to make every visit a positive experience through warmth and honest communication. Patients consistently describe her as empathetic and approachable, someone who makes treatment feel genuinely unhurried.
Dr Kimberley Adkins is a dentist who genuinely enjoys working with anxious patients and those looking to rebuild their smile. She is known for her straightforward, empathetic approach and for taking the time to build a genuine connection with each person she treats.

In addition to her private practice work, Dr Adkins contributes to the Royal Flying Doctor Service, travelling to remote communities to provide dental care to people who would otherwise go without access. This work has reinforced her appreciation for the role that oral health plays in overall wellbeing and her commitment to making care accessible and positive for everyone.

Dr Adkins believes that everyone deserves to have an understanding of their own oral health. She takes care to explain options clearly, works alongside patients to make appointments as comfortable as possible, and prides herself on making a genuine connection with the person behind the appointment.

Whether seeing individuals or families, Dr Adkins approaches every visit with warmth and a commitment to long-term oral health. She welcomes patients from all backgrounds and is dedicated to providing an experience that is thorough, honest and, wherever possible, even enjoyable.
