Meet our staff Dr Theresa Lam graduated from the University of Sydney in 1999 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and also completed a Bachelor of Advanced Science majoring in Pharmacology. She also completed the Primary Exams with the Royal Australian College of Dental Surgeons (RACDS). Dr Lam is dedicated to high professional standards and went on to spend four further years of postgraduate advanced clinical studies in Dentistry. She attained a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry in Oral Implants with the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics with the King’s College London. She has also attained advanced knowledge of management of TMJ Disorder with specialists leading in this field. Continually striving for broader advanced knowledge and skills in caring for her patients, she has in recent years completed Certificates 1&2 in Orthodontics with the University of Sydney.

Dr Lam has been practicing dentistry in private practices throughout Australia for the past 21 years and has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and reconstructive dentistry. Over the past 19 years, she has been continually advancing and improving her skills and knowledge in these areas by incorporating multidisciplinary treatment plans to cover the scopes in prosthodontics, dental implants and orthodontics.

Dr Lam is passionate about offering optimal care for her patients that is in line with current evidence-based philosophies. She pursues to understand and manage her patients as a person and not just focus on a singular dental aspect. She also strives to offer treatments that are tailored to each individual patient’s dental needs and will adjust these to their personal wishes with her professional guidance.
Dr Cindy Pham began her career in dentistry with a desire to make a direct impact on others’ lives. This continues to inspire her today, whether she’s helping people eat and chew more comfortably or helping them smile with confidence.

Whether in English or Vietnamese, Cindy makes time to understand and attend to her patients' concerns. Gentle and caring by nature, she finds it rewarding to alleviate the anxiety and stress many people experience when visiting the dentist. Cindy is also a great educator, and makes it her priority to help her patients understand their oral health and any available treatment options.

Outside of dentistry, Cindy indulges in culinary adventures, experimenting with new recipes and discovering cosy cafes and restaurants. She’s also no stranger to outdoor adventures, and loves hiking and traveling.
Dr Andrew Maratos began his career by earning top honours at Sydney University and graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1993. Since then, he has built a reputation as incredibly professional and thorough, yet easy-going and approachable with patients. Dr Maratos says one of his favourite areas of dentistry is cosmetic dentistry; he enjoys helping people get the smile they want while making sure their oral health is still the top priority. He is a member of the Australian Dental Association. Dr Maratos strongly believes in patient education and helping people understand the importance of regular dental maintenance. He believes prevention is the best way to lower your risk of dental pain, oral health issues, and urgent treatments. When he’s not working in the clinic, Dr Maratos likes to staying active and fit, as well as spending time with his wife and children.
