Meet our staff Lucas received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery and Honours degree in Dental Sciences from The University of Adelaide. He has a special interest in oral surgery (including wisdom teeth removal), endodontics, cosmetic dentistry and replacing missing teeth with dental implants. Lucas is passionate about his work and keeps across the latest treatments and research as a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA).

Lucas loves that his job allows him to meet new people. He takes time to get to know his patients and develop long-term relationships to help people manage their dental problems.

Outside of work Lucas enjoys playing golf, cooking, and hanging out with his golden retriever named Clifford.
Operating with a gentle, genuine, and good-humoured approach, Dr Andrew Murdock works across most areas of general dentistry including crowns, bridges and veneers. Andrew is known for his hands-on approach to problem solving, rolling up his sleeves and working tirelessly with his patients help address their oral health concerns. Andrew is determined to find the best possible smile for his patients. To achieve that, Andrew looks to build a rapport with his patients. He aims to creates a comfortable environment for his patients to voice their concerns, so they can get to the heart of the issue as quickly as possible. Once they find it, they’re one step closer to creating that confident smile, together. When he’s not improving the smiles of his patients, Andrew’s improving his own smile. What makes him smile is the fresh air and serenity of golf courses and ski slopes. Dr. Kim Barbetti started her dental career in 2018 after graduating with a Bachelor of Oral Health in 2012 and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2018, both from the University of Adelaide. She is also a member of the Australasian Dental Association.

Dr. Barbetti has a keen interest in restorative dentistry and preventative care, she is passionate about providing dental care across all fields of dentistry. Dr. Barbetti’s devotion to helping people is one reason why she chose to work in dentistry, she believes that teeth are important for general health. Dr. Barbetti finds helping patients’ dental needs is extremely rewarding.

Dr. Barbetti is a gentle and caring dentist that is passionate about her patients’ oral health. She is also known to be calming and friendly, aiming to ease her patients’ nerves and to make dental care as comfortable and relaxed as possible. When not tending to patients, Dr. Barbetti enjoys quality time with her friends and family, reading a great book, cooking up a storm and outdoor adventures including camping and biking.
Dr Wheate is a compassionate and caring dentist with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He grew up in Brisbane which is where he obtained his first oral health degree in 2011. He is passionate about providing his patients with a calming and relaxing dental experience. Dr Wheate enjoys working with his patients to maintain and improve their oral health and is skilled in all aspects of dentistry, from general check-ups, cleanings and fillings to more complex procedures such as crowns, bridges, root canals and oral surgery. He is committed to providing his patients with the highest quality of dental care and strives to build lasting relationships with each and every one of them. In his free time, Dr Wheate enjoys keeping fit and spending time with his family. Rachel is an Oral Health Therapist with extended scope. She earned a Bachelor of Oral Health in 2009 and a Graduate Certificate in Oral Science in 2018, both from the University of Adelaide.

Rachel’s favourite part about working in the dental industry is meeting new people and the relationships that she builds with her patients. She has a particular interest in child and adolescent dentistry, and is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.

If she could help ensure that patients understood one thing about their oral health it would be that they are in control – prevention is key and small changes can make a big difference.

Outside of work, Rachel likes spending time with her family, caravanning and getting outdoors.
