Meet our staff Dr Evram Narouz graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Dr Narouz has worked across the country in South Australia, Tasmania, and Wollongong before joining the team at Bupa Dental. Dr Narouz’ attention to detail has led him to take a special interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He has continued to hone his knowledge and skills through further education and courses to provide quality dental care.

His friendly and caring nature means that he will listen and work to provide treatment plans around individual needs while making a visit to the dentist a comfortable and positive experience.

More than anything, Dr Narouz enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also likes to stay fit and healthy, whether it be spending time in the gym, playing soccer or skiing.
Dr Abbas Zaher pursued dentistry with a desire to work in healthcare and a mission to make a hands-on difference. With his calming and caring nature, Abbas is great with kids and anxious patients, and always aims to help each patient feel as comfortable as possible.

Whether he’s practicing in Arabic or English, what Abbas loves most about his profession is the opportunity to meet and work with people from all walks of life. He values the diverse perspectives each patient brings with them to the dental chair, and understands that treatments need to be tailored to each person’s specific needs. To this end, he actively listens to all patient concerns, creating a judgment-free environment while providing care in a genuine, open manner.

Beyond the dental clinic, Abbas loves spending quality time with family and friends, and stays fit by playing soccer for his local community team.
Dr Rosemary Mina was inspired to pursue a career in dentistry after realising how many people avoid the dentist, and seeing the ways this can impact quality of life. Her mission is to make dental visits a positive experience, and to turn fear into enthusiasm when it comes to oral healthcare. She’s particularly passionate about paediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and restorative treatments.

Rosemary’s friendly, calm and patient nature makes her great with kids and anxious patients of all ages. She loves that being a dentist allows her to meet plenty of new people, and she spends plenty of time getting to know each patient as an individual. Rosemary makes communication her priority during treatments as well, and explaining in detail what each procedure involves and why it’s being done. Not much makes her happier than seeing patients leaving appointments happy, and with newfound confidence in their smiles.

When she’s not working with teeth, Rosemary is a bit of a thrill seeker, and loves bungee jumping and anything that gives her an adrenaline rush. Her more relaxing pastimes include baking and hanging out with family and friends.
Dr Kestrel Imamura graduated from Griffith University in Queensland and is the newest member of our team. She is a “people person” who is dedicated to providing sound, up to date treatments in a comfortable atmosphere. Dr Kestrel’s interests lie in cosmetic dentistry, children’s dentistry and gum disease. She regularly attends training courses to keep up with the constantly evolving world of dentistry. Dr Kestrel has lived in New Zealand, UK and Japan and utilises these experiences when treating patients from many diverse cultures and walks of life. She is also a fluent Japanese speaker. Having two young children of her own and previous experience working in childcare, Dr Kestrel is well versed in working with children. She welcomes children of any age for their first dental visit, with a ride in the chair and “First Dental Visit” certificate. Dr. Pamela Pather completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at The University of Sydney and now has an impressive 23 years of experience under her belt. She works with patients of all ages to perform oral surgery, wisdom teeth removal, CAD – CAM restorations and sleep apnoea treatment.

Pamela is a compassionate, caring, and gentle person, always prioritising patient needs above all else. She got into dentistry to help people with their health and loves that she can help change people’s smiles and improve their confidence.

Outside of work Pamela has a whole array of hobbies to keep her busy. She loves needlework, gym, hiking, music, dancing, cooking, and floral arranging.
